Steele Hyundai is seeking a 4th Year Automotive Apprentice to join our team!

Hourly Wage:$29.00/hour
**Stability Guarantee:**A biweekly minimum aligned with 64-flat rate hours, so your pay stays consistent even during quieter periods.

Responsibilities:

• Take on advanced diagnostics and repairs across engines, electrical systems, drivability, and more
• Work independently on repair orders while delivering high-quality, efficient workmanship
• Collaborate with senior technicians on complex issues, sharpening your troubleshooting skills
• Complete thorough inspections and clearly document findings and recommendations
• Partner with Service Advisors to ensure accurate communication and a seamless customer experience
• Stay up to date with Hyundai training, tools, and evolving vehicle technology
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace you can take pride in
• Actively work toward your Red Seal certification with the support of a team that’s invested in your success

Qualifications:

• Well organized, possess a good work ethic and a positive attitude
• Hard-working, self-motivated and have excellent time management skills
• Have a valid driver’s license and be able to provide an acceptable driver’s abstract
• Enrolled in an accredited automotive technician course
