What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide daily guidance, coaching, and support to Parts Advisors and team members
- Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance development
- Foster a collaborative, customer-focused environment
- Support day-to-day front and back-end parts operations
- Ensure accurate and timely parts distribution to technicians
- Handle parts inquiries, quotes, and orders for retail, wholesale, and internal teams
- Source VIN-specific parts and provide technical support as needed
- Support inventory control, ordering, and stock levels
- Ensure accurate receiving, binning, and tracking of parts
- Monitor inventory trends, obsolete stock, and special orders
- Support the Parts Manager with tracking sales and department performance
- Review reports and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability
- Ensure a clean, organized, and compliant department
- Build strong relationships with vendors and internal teams
- Identify and support process improvements to enhance workflow and service
What You Bring:
- Experience in automotive parts and accessories
- Strong understanding of inventory systems and dealership operations
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
