About the role
- Receive patrons' reservations recording all pertinent details and assign tables
- Greet patrons and escort them to tables or other seating areas upon arrival
- Offer and pour water after seating patrons.
- Maintain coffee/water stations and bar supply area
- Monitor all tables to ensure the client receives prompt and courteous service
- Speak with patrons to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
- Clear tables promptly of dirty dishes, replenish supplies as needed
- Greet take-out patrons in person and/or over the telephone and enter orders into point-of-sale terminal
- Pack take-out orders and deliver to host station
- Process payment for take-out orders
- Maintain patron confidentiality
- Cleaning duties as per rotation checklist
