About the role
Oakridge Landscape Contractors is seeking a skilled Backhoe Operator who takes pride in precision work and thrives in a team-oriented environment. **Title:**Backhoe Operator
**Location:**340 Regional Road 20, Hamilton, ON.
Pay:$24-26.00 per hour (based on experience).

Job Duties:
- Safely operate backhoe equipment at both the soil production facility and construction sites.
- Assist in producing soil blends and maintaining soil and blending material inventory.
- Transport and route soil inventory as needed.
- Support general vehicle and equipment maintenance.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet production and construction timelines.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
- Proven experience operating a backhoe.
- Ability to perform physical labour as part of daily responsibilities.
- Willingness and flexibility to work weekends as required.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive, reliable work ethic.
