Accountabilities

As the Global Vice President, Accounting Services & Entity Management, you will own the strategy, growth, and operational performance of global accounting outsourcing and entity management services. You will build scalable delivery capabilities, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure high-quality service execution across multiple regions. Lead the global accounting services and entity management organization, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives. Design and optimize accounting, tax, entity incorporation, and entity management solutions across different countries and markets. Partner with sales and client success teams to ensure service offerings meet customer needs and support revenue growth. Support commercial teams by building strong customer references and delivering exceptional client outcomes. Expand delivery capabilities through internal teams and strategic partner networks across global markets. Manage day-to-day service delivery performance, including service levels, operational KPIs, customer satisfaction, financial targets, and budget performance. Build, develop, and retain high-performing accounting and professional services teams across regions. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence. Collaborate with leaders across workforce management, HR, payroll, and other service areas to provide integrated global solutions. Drive organizational transformation by adapting processes and operating models to support scale and future growth. Travel as needed to maintain strong relationships with teams, customers, and global stakeholders.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a senior leader with extensive experience in accounting, professional services, or outsourcing environments. You bring a proven ability to manage global teams, scale operations, and deliver high-quality services in complex international organizations. Strong leadership experience in accounting, professional services, finance outsourcing, or related industries. Proven experience managing globally distributed teams and remote or hybrid workforces. Demonstrated success in scaling service delivery organizations and improving operational performance. Track record of developing talent, mentoring leaders, and preparing teams for growth. Experience partnering with sales and client-facing teams to support commercial objectives. Strong understanding of accounting, tax, entity management, and global business operations. Ability to design scalable processes and adapt operating models in high-growth environments. Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational execution skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Comfortable working across cultures and leading teams in a global environment. Willingness and ability to travel internationally as business needs require.
