As anF&I Manager, you will work closely with the sales team to deliver a seamless purchasing experience while presenting financing options and protection products that support our customers long after they drive off the lot. With strong deal flow and a steady pipeline of business, this position offers the opportunity to maximize your income while building relationships that drive long term success.

**Compensation:**100% Commission – Earning Potential of $100,000+ annually!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Facilitate Financing Options: Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and present tailored financing plans.
• Credit Management: Analyze credit applications and liaise with a network of lenders to secure competitive financing solutions.
• Sales of Add-Ons: Offer valuable products like extended warranties, insurance, and protection packages to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Transaction Completion: Oversee the preparation and execution of all financing and insurance-related paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.
• Customer Relationships: Deliver exceptional service, fostering trust and loyalty to maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores.
• Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience in automotive finance, insurance, or a related field.
