- Strong benefits package including health, dental, pension, RRSP/TFSA programs, and employee assistance programs.
- Stable, large-scale organization with long-term career growth opportunities.
- Exposure to advanced maintenance strategies and reliability-centered practices.
- Leadership role within a unionized environment, offering real operational impact.
- Collaborative environment with access to training and development programs.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance within heavy industrial environments (cement, mining, pulp & paper, or similar).
- Strong experience supervising or managing unionized electrical teams.
- Solid technical knowledge of industrial electrical systems including motors, drives, power distribution, instrumentation, and automation.
