Job Summary We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.

Duties

• Monitor premises through regular patrols.
• Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and ensure the safety of all individuals on-site.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
• Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences for management review.
• Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary and assist in investigations related to theft or other criminal activities.
• Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and protocols to ensure swift response in crisis situations.

Experience

• Previous experience in security roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of loss prevention techniques is a plus.
• Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and focused during long shifts.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and effectively.
• Knowledge of Indigenous Cultures and Protocols is a plus.
