Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Siding Installer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing various types of siding on residential and commercial buildings, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Duties

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to determine siding specifications and installation procedures.
• Measure, cut, and shape siding materials using hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying caulking or other sealing materials as needed.
• Install various siding materials including vinyl, wood, fiber cement, or metal siding securely onto structures.
• Use heavy equipment operation skills when necessary for site preparation or material handling.
• Perform related tasks such as restoration work, or construction painting as required on projects.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the installation process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in siding installation or related construction fields such as carpentry or masonry.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction estimating documents accurately.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, and other relevant equipment.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment operation is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and practices.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and work at heights when necessary.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure precise installation.
• Valid drivers license required.
