The Opportunity

As Associate Director, you'll be the driving force behind the campus experience, leading a team of instructors and support staff while ensuring students receive exceptional service, support, and education throughout their learning journey.

You'll help shape campus culture, drive operational excellence, and contribute to the continued success of both our students and the Kamloops campus.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead the day-to-day operations of the campus, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and student-focused environment.

Determining program schedules based on enrolment and management of resources

Recruit and train instructional and support staff Ensure that support staff are well informed by conducting regular staff meetings Inspire, support, and develop instructors and support staff to deliver an exceptional student experience. Partner with the Campus Director to monitor academic quality, review student outcomes, and address opportunities for improvement. Provide guidance and support to students, helping to resolve concerns and remove barriers to success. Support instructional delivery and ensure adherence to the Instructor Handbook and institutional standards. Foster a positive and collaborative campus culture through effective communication and regular team engagement.

What You'll Bring

Undergraduate degree or professional designation accompanied by two years of experience in education or teaching; OR a five-year combination of academic and related experience (supervisory experience preferred) Experience or Knowledge of post-secondary education procedures (including instructing experience) and policies Knowledge of financial models would be desirable
