About the role
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Register arriving guests and assign rooms. Take, cancel and change room reservations. Provide information on hotel facilities and services. Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments. Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments. Follow emergency and safety procedures. Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying). Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Provide customer service. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
