Accountabilities: Partner with executive leadership to define strategic priorities, drive quarterly planning, and translate business goals into actionable product and engineering initiatives. Lead the operational cadence of the product and engineering organization, including planning cycles, leadership reviews, KPI tracking, retrospectives, and executive reporting. Develop and improve execution frameworks that strengthen prioritization, dependency management, risk visibility, and organizational accountability. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, go-to-market, customer success, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and successful product launches. Prepare executive and board-level presentations by synthesizing complex information into clear, data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. Design and maintain dashboards, roadmaps, operational processes, and reporting tools that support informed decision-making and continuous improvement. Champion a culture of operational excellence, clarity, collaboration, and continuous optimization across the organization. Requirements 5–10 years of experience in strategy consulting, product operations, technical program management, business operations, or a related strategic role. Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, fintech, or similar technology environments. Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, software engineering organizations, and go-to-market processes. Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex business challenges. Experience developing operational frameworks, planning processes, OKRs, KPI dashboards, and performance reporting. Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, build alignment across multiple teams, and drive execution without direct authority. Familiarity with AI, machine learning initiatives, or data platform projects is an asset. PMP, CSM, or similar project management certifications are considered a plus. Highly collaborative, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Benefits Competitive base salary ranging from CAD $128,000 to $160,000, based on experience.
