YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE:

Reporting to the Mill Maintenance Planning General Supervisor, you will be part of the Mill Maintenance Department. You will also ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.

• Develop comprehensive maintenance job plans for planned jobs encompassing detailed scope of work, labor/resources, materials and tooling, and any additional information required for successful execution;

• Manage the work flow management process (that includes but not limited to)- management of incoming work requests, prioritization of work order backlog/forelog, review of PMs, etc.;

• Coordinate with procurement and external vendors, to source materials and secure contract support as required for maintenance execution;

• Accountable for work order process flow, from approved work requests, to ready to schedule state as well as follow-up action/s as may be required;

• Facilitate and coordinate different cross-functional team meetings as required in line with work management processes;

• Revise, with support from team members, preventative maintenance checklists/work orders, bill of materials and other master data records or documentation maintained in the CMMS or database;

• Coordinate with department supervisors and effectively communicate any changes agreed upon with the different stakeholders;

• All other duties, as assigned to fulfill business requirements.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Ontario Secondary School Diploma;

• Interprovincial Millwright License or equivalent considered an asset;

• 3-5 years maintenance or planning experience in a minerals processing facility;

• Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications especially Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint;

• Excellent working knowledge in CMMS programs (SAP/JDEdwards/etc);

• Familiarity with Fixed Equipment Asset Management principles and best practices;

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements, surrounding pressure vessels and piping systems.

Your Work Schedule:

• Schedule: 4/3 schedule at our Macassa Mine in Kirkland Lake, ON.

• This role will be expected to balance time between office and field to develop effective job scopes. Areas of responsibility include the Crushing, Grinding, Elutions, Refining, Tailings, Paste Plant, and all other areas as assigned.

Compensation Statement

In accordance with applicable legislation, the expected compensation includes base salary and potential bonus opportunity. Your individual pay will reflect your skills and experience while remaining competitive within the local market.

Minimum Salary :

$86,000CAD

Maximum Salary :

$114,000CAD
