We are looking for a Dough Feeder on various shifts. Starting rate is $19.14 per hour with progression.

Key Ingredients

• Responsible for operating the dough feeder and ensuring it is operating properly
• Maintaining correct flow of dough and keeping accurate weights
• Assist with dough tub change-outs
• Monitor & Run rotary Hopper
• Complete QC checks
• Keep work area clean and tidy throughout shift and clean up after shift
• Adhere to food safety guidelines
• Adhere to all applicable job procedures as outlined in SOP manual

Recipe for Success

• Demonstrate agility and precision to align with the rapid production pace
• Previous experience in the same role would be beneficial
• Skilled in clear and impactful communication
• Punctual and team player
• You have strong people skills—you’re approachable, a good listener, and empathetic
• You have previously worked in a manufacturing environment (even better if it was food manufacturing!)
• You’re dedicated to the health and safety of yourself and your colleagues
• Candidates must have strong English language communications skills (verbal and written), be able to lift awkward and heavy items.
