Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Food service establishment. Tasks: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Establish work schedules. Supervision: Food service counter attendants and food preparers. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
