As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the talent behind our retail success. While this role is rooted in recruitment, we recognize that some of the strongest talent builders come directly from the boutique floor. We welcome candidates with recruitment experience, as well as proven retail leaders — particularly Store Managers, with a demonstrated track record of building high-performing teams and attracting exceptional talent.

You bring 2+ years of recruitment experience, within retail, fashion, or multi-location environments where both discretion and pace matter.
