Shuttle Driver / Customer Service Representative

Location: Leduc, Alberta

Summary of the Role

We are looking for a friendly and dependable Shuttle Driver / Customer Service Representative to support our RV rental operations in Leduc, Alberta. This role combines customer service, light administrative work, and shuttle driving to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our customers from arrival to departure.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist customers during RV departures and returns
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service
• Demonstrate RV features and complete basic quality checks
• Shuttle customers to and from hotels, the airport, and the rental facility
• Assist customers with luggage as needed
• Process basic paperwork, payments, and reservations
• Keep the shuttle bus clean, safe, and in good working condition
• Follow traffic laws and use defensive driving skills
• Support the team with other duties as needed

What You Bring

• Valid Alberta driver’s licence (Class 2 or Class 4)
• Customer service experience
• Comfortable driving passengers
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Clear English communication skills
• Availability to work weekends

Work Environment

• Combination of indoor and outdoor work

• Shift work, including evenings and weekends

• Physically active role
