Join Everest Solutions and Images Ltd. This position is based out of our Sudbury location, with travel to schools and communities across Northern Ontario required (Timmins, Sault Ste Marie, Hearst, etc.)

Everest Solutions and Images Ltd. is hiring energetic, creative, and friendly Seasonal Photographers to join our school photography team. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll interact with students, school staff, and families while capturing memorable moments. If you enjoy working with children and teens and love the idea of being in a new environment each day, we’d love to hear from you!

Overnight Travel to schools within the region is required for this role

What You'll Do

Capture high-quality student portraits while following established photography standards Create a positive, professional, and well-organized Picture Day experience Set up, operate, and pack down photography equipment at school locations Interact with students, school staff, and volunteers in a friendly and professional manner Work with team members to ensure Picture Day runs smoothly and on schedule Safely transport and care for photography equipment and materials

Position Details

What You’ll Bring

Enthusiasm and passion for capturing meaningful student portraits and creating lasting memories Strong customer service and communication skills, with confidence interacting with students, staff, and families in a school environment Willingness to work a varied seasonal schedule, primarily Monday to Friday, with early mornings and occasional extended days as needed Daily access to a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid Canadian driver’s license Ability to lift and operate provided camera equipment, up to 40 lbs.

A high school diploma or GED equivalent

Must be at least 18 years of age in accordance with applicable employment standards Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and able to perform work from within Canada
