What You Will Do

• Generate leads, uncover client needs, and provide tailored home and auto insurance solutions
• Build trust through value based conversations and personalized service
• Respond to client inquiries related to coverage, claims, and billing with accuracy and care
• Process policy changes and updates efficiently
• Collaborate closely with the Agent to achieve individual and office sales goals
• Deliver a consistent, professional, and positive customer experience

What You Bring

• Valid OTL or RIBO license
• Sales or client service experience
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidence in presenting solutions to clients
• A proactive mindset with strong problem solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying organized
• A genuine passion for customer service
