Key Responsibilities

• Generate and nurture leads while scheduling client appointments
• Identify client needs through thoughtful conversations and provide tailored insurance solutions
• Present life insurance, living benefits, and related products in a clear and professional manner
• Deliver responsive, friendly, and reliable client support
• Build strong relationships by providing consistent and personalized service
• Work toward and achieve monthly and annual performance targets
• Apply your knowledge of life insurance products to guide client decisions

What You Bring

• Valid LLQP license
• Experience in a sales focused role with a record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confidence in engaging with clients and presenting solutions
• A proactive approach to problem solving and client service
• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities
• Professional presentation skills and a client first mindset
• Willingness to complete a background check and credit review as required by Desjardins
