The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for front line lead management for GNI Management Group. This role will assist the Sales & Estimation team to improve productivity and ensure sales operations processes are followed for overall efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming leads through phone and pardot by assigning to appropriate sales consultant.
- Working with sales consultants on lead and quote pipeline management by ensuring efficiencies and suggesting improvement paths.
- Training sales consultants on updates to processes and maintaining efficiencies through current Sales Operations tools (Salesforce, CPQ, virtual estimates, etc).
- Participation with M&A onboarding related to understanding of current processes and suggested changes/improvements to align with GNI processes.
- Other duties as required.
Key Competencies:
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong organization skills.
- Ability to work individually and with teams.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Previous customer service experience, administrative and office experience.
- Good decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Sales Operations automation tools.
