Our client, a company in the textile industry, is looking for a motivated Machine Helper Operator to join their team. You will assist the main operator in starting up, controlling, and monitoring the machines, ensuring the quality and productivity of the production.

The tasks consist of:

-       Placing the threads in the creels.

-       Cleaning the work area, removing thread waste.

-       Ensuring the bobbins are in the correct position and that the filling thread passes through the disk/tension bar.

-       Placing the bobbins no longer needed into plastic bags and the designated box.

-       Using the computer to check the required colors for each product.

-       Supporting the machine operator.

-       Lifting the thread rolls.

-       Unloading completed carpets.

-       Performing any other related tasks.

Requirements:

-       Minimum 6 months of experience in textiles or industrial production.

-       Ability to perform physical work.

-       Ability to work in a noisy environment.

-       Ability to stand for long periods of time.

-       Basic computer knowledge.

Salary: $19 per hour
Schedule: Day shift 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM / Night shift 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
