About the role
Direct Support Professional (DSP) employees work with people who experience
developmental disabilities as they live in their homes and communities. This position assists people in their daily life, working with them and their connections to ensure that they can live fully in the community. Direct Support Professionals recognize people's rights to direct their life, understanding that each person has unique gifts and needs, and they support people to learn skills for their own growth and development.
Permanent, part-time position every weekend position in Windsor//
Flex Rotation, Shifts may include days, afternoons, and nights//
This is a weekend position, however , initial orientation lasting 3-5days will
be held on weekdays// The successful candidate should be open to working night awake shifts// Wage : $25.18- $29.46 per hour// Full G license is preferred but not required.// Closing Date :July 25, 2026, 11:59 PM//
Education in Developmental Service Worker Program , Child and Youth Care, Social
