About the role
Rocky Crest Golf Resort is Now Hiring for Line Cooks!

As a Line Cook, you will work alongside our culinary team to prepare high‑quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You’ll be responsible for food preparation, maintaining kitchen standards, and ensuring every dish meets our quality and presentation expectations.
Job Description:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and banquet functions
- Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Follow railroad cleaing list
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Organize and manage buffets and banquets,
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
Requirements:
- Education: Completion of high school is preferred
- Work experience:Prior work experience is preferred. The right attitude and willingness to learn is also great!
- Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and standing for extended periods.
- Must know that this job position is physically demanding.
- Organized, team player, flexibility.
This is a seasonal position from May 2026 until October 2026
