We're looking for a Senior Ecommerce & Omnichannel Analyst to**reimagine performance reporting and insights for Canada Ecommerce, Omnichannel, and Loyalty.**You'll help shape how data is defined, built, and used to drive decisions across Digital, Retail, and Marketing.
You'll partner closely with Canada business leaders and US/Global Analytics teams, using modern data platforms, dashboards, and AI‑enabled tools to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
You'll report to the Director of Ecommerce & Omnichannel, Canada and operate as the trusted analytics advisor within a small, fast‑growing team.
##About the Job
- Manage performance reporting and insights forCanada Ecommerce, Omnichannel, and Loyalty.
- Lead weekly, monthly, and ad‑hoc reporting across DTC, SFS, BOPIS, returns, and Loyalty KPIs.
- Translate complex data intoclear, frelevant insightsfor senior partners.
- EvolveCanada‑specific KPIs and dashboardsas platforms mature.
- Design dashboards usingLooker, Looker Studio, Tableau, or enterprise BI tools.
- Partner with Global and Regional Analytics teams to align with standards while meeting local needs.
- Support digital marketing measurement, includingcampaign performance, attribution, funnel metrics, and on‑site behavior.
- Leverage SQL and modern data platforms to explore new data sources and unlock insights.
- Drive adoption ofself‑service analytics, automation, and AI‑enabled tools.
- Act as a visible analytics partner, representing theCanada point of viewwith US and Global teams.
##About You
-5+ years of experiencein analytics, business intelligence, or marketing analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in a data‑related field (or equivalent experience). -Hands‑on SQL skills; able to write and explain complex queries. Advanced Excel skills; Python experience is a plus.
- Experience working with modern data platforms (GCP / BigQuery a plus).
- Experience building dashboards inLooker, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Experience withecommerce, omnichannel, or loyalty metrics.
- Synthesize data intoconcise, executive‑ready insights.
- Comfortable influencing partners across departments and geographies.
- Curious, proactive, and motivated to applyautomation and AI‑enabled analyticsto business problems.
This is a hybrid work schedule based in our Markham, Ontario office. You will be expected in office 3 days per week, typically Tuesday–Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $92,400 - $135,500 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
