About the role
Overview:
The Director of East is responsible for owning revenue growth, expanding executive relationships, and shaping multi-year transformation strategies within the Eastern Canada Geographic region. This leader combines strategic sales leadership, consulting oversight, industry expertise, and partner ecosystem engagement to drive measurable outcomes for Adastra and its clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own theEastern Canada growth strategy and annual revenue targets
- Build andmaintain C‑suite relationships across organizations
- Act as executive sponsor for key accounts and strategic initiatives
- Drive partner-sourced and influenced pipeline through Microsoft, AWS, and Databricks ecosystem alignment
- Lead solution shaping and pre‑sales with architects and SMEs
- Design industry‑specific offerings, accelerators, and go‑to‑market plays
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams (Delivery, Practices, Alliances, Marketing)
- Ensure successful delivery oversight, quality, and long-term client satisfaction
- Own forecasting, pipeline governance, and opportunity management
- Represent Adastra at industry events and thought leadership forums
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Required:
- 10+ years in consulting, client leadership, or enterprise account management
- Deep understanding of industries in the eastern regions and their transformation trends, regulations, and ecosystem
- Experience owning multi‑million‑dollar portfolios and multi‑year client growth
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead complex engagements
- Strong capability in shaping data, AI, cloud, and modernization solutions
- Expertise in forecasting, pipeline discipline, and commercial governance
Preferred:
- Consulting experience at firms such as Accenture, Avanade, Slalom, Deloitte, or similar
- Industry certifications, cloud certifications, or advanced business/tech education
- Existing executive network within the region
- Experience developing industry offerings or accelerators
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with hyperscaler co‑sell programs
- Background in both consulting and enterprise technology sales
