Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Delivery Consultant specializing in Asset Lifecycle Management within IBM's Automation Platform, you will provide world-class services for clients implementing Asset Lifecycle Management solutions. Your expertise will help clients achieve their goals using solutions such as Environmental Intelligence, Envizi, Maximo, Sterling Order Management System, and TRIRIGA. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Lead Solution Delivery: Manage and deliver Asset Lifecycle Management solutions to clients, ensuring high-quality results and meeting project objectives. Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their Asset Lifecycle Management requirements. Implement Methodologies: Apply industry-leading methodologies to design and implement effective Asset Lifecycle Management solutions. Develop Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, providing guidance and support throughout the solution delivery process. Optimize Solution Outcomes: Continuously monitor and optimize solution outcomes to ensure clients achieve their desired results.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Asset Lifecycle Management Expertise: Experience with Asset Lifecycle Management solutions, including Environmental Intelligence, Envizi, Maximo, Sterling Order Management System, and TRIRIGA, with the ability to design and implement effective solutions. Industry-Leading Methodologies: Experience in applying industry-leading methodologies to deliver high-quality Asset Lifecycle Management solutions that meet client objectives. Solution Delivery Leadership: Experience managing and delivering Asset Lifecycle Management solutions, ensuring high-quality results and meeting project objectives. Client Relationship Development: Experience developing strong relationships with clients, providing guidance and support throughout the solution delivery process. Solution Optimization: Experience optimizing solution outcomes to ensure clients achieve their desired results, with a focus on continuous improvement. Proven experience architecting and delivering IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 8.x–9.x solutions on Red Hat OpenShift, including cluster design and environment topology. Demonstrated expertise in designing scalable, highly available (HA), and disaster recovery (DR) architectures across development, test, and production MAS environments. Strong understanding of OpenShift cluster sizing, capacity planning (compute, memory, storage), and multi-cluster strategies to support MAS workloads. Experience defining environment isolation strategies (e.g., separate clusters for DEV/UAT/PROD) and lifecycle management aligned to MAS and OCP version compatibility. Ability to architect resilient MAS deployments, including failover mechanisms, backup/restore strategies, and cross-site DR planning.
