Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Duties

• Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing machines or by hand.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area by regularly sweeping and mopping floors.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all ingredients are ready for cooks.
• Help maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
• Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.
• Support kitchen staff during peak hours by assisting with various tasks as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of food handling safety practices is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others in the kitchen.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as necessary.
