About the role
Tu es passionné par l’usinage et tu souhaites intégrer une entreprise stable, moderne et innovante? Voici une belle opportunité à long terme, dans un environnement de production propre, bien structuré et axé sur la qualité.
Notre client est à la recherche d’un(e) machiniste Okuma expérimenté(e) pour se joindre à son équipe, en vue d’un remplacement pour départ à la retraite.
Principales fonctions :
- Opérer une Haas VF7 (3 axes) et une Okuma (5 axes).
- Lire et interpréter les plans techniques et le G-code.
- Effectuer les réglages manuels (setups) et la programmation directement à la machine.
- Produire des pièces de précision dans un environnement hautement technique.
- Participer à une période d’essai d’environ une semaine afin de valider l’adéquation au poste.
- Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe.
L’usage du genre masculin a pour seul but d’alléger le texte.
Exigences :
- Expérience récente avec une machine Okuma 5 axes (essentiel).
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience pertinente.
- Compétence dans l’utilisation de machines CNC.
- Capacité à effectuer des calculs mathématiques.
- Expérience en découpage et formage du métal.
- Excellente maîtrise du G-code et de la lecture de plans.
Salaire : Entre 30 $ et 35 $ de l’heure, selon l’expérience. Horaire : De jour, du lundi au vendredi. Statut : Permanent.
