The Customer Service Rep / Emergency Services (Bilingual: Sp./Eng.) – On-Site engages with customers through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Customer Service Rep/Emergency Services Representative Bilingual, you’ll:

• Manage emergency and non-emergency calls with composure, providing a calm and professional presence.
• Assess the intensity of each situation, determining the necessary response level.
• Gather and document critical information accurately during high-stress scenarios.
• Dispatch or liaise with emergency services, ensuring efficient coordination and resolution.
• Deliver clear instructions to callers, guiding them through what may be one of their worst days with empathy.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety standards, while multitasking in a dynamic environment.
• Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Rep / Emergency Services Bilingual role include:

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrates talent, passion, and patience for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Holds 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the Healthcare or Emergency dispatch environment.
• Capable of maintaining exceptional customer service standards while effectively communicating with customers during challenging or emergency scenarios.
• Can perform effectively in high-pressure environments.
• Expected to proficiently use multiple PC systems daily and must successfully complete technical evaluations to demonstrate these capabilities.
• Proficient in speaking, writing, and understanding English and Spanish
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
• Eagerness to learn new technologies

• The base salary range for this position is $24.50/hour, (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage). Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
