About The Role
Position Overview:
Responsibilities Of The Centre Administrator
Front Desk Management: The Employee shall be responsible for managing front desk operations, including greeting and assisting students, parents, visitors, and stakeholders in a professional manner. Administrative Duties: The Employee shall address inquiries and provide accurate information regarding the center’s programs, services, and policies.The Employee shall perform administrative duties, including scheduling, appointment bookings, record-keeping, and billing processes. This includes issuing invoices, tracking payments, maintaining financial records, and ensuring the accuracy of student registrations, attendance logs, and other relevant documentation. Inventory and Supplies Management: Employee shall be responsible for managing inventory and administrative supplies, including monitoring stock levels, procuring necessary materials, and ensuring the availability of essential resources required for daily operations. Event and Media Management: The Employee shall capture and document events, activities, and programs through photography for promotional and archival purposes. Additionally, the Employee shall manage and update the center’s social media accounts by creating and posting relevant content to enhance engagement and outreach. General Operational Support: The Employee shall provide general operational support to the team and management, assisting with any additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Employer to ensure the efficient functioning of the center.

Qualifications:
Effective oral and written communication skills Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to act appropriately in situations requiring compassion, tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality Excellent organizational skills Ability to work with minimal direction and as part of a team Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general accounting software applications Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, e.quity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias
