Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Brewer's Assistant to join our production team at Tide & Boar Brewing.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize brewing equipment and tanks as needed.
• Load grain and operate mill.
• Operate the keg cleaner to clean and sanitize empty kegs.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all brewing equipment and work areas.
• Assist in inventory management of ingredients and supplies needed for brewing operations.
• Participate in packaging processes, including canning and kegging beer for distribution and on-site consumption in our taproom.

Skills

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Shift will be a combination of working with the Brewer and on own.
• Strong communication skills to effectively share ideas and collaborate with team members.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require standing for long periods and lifting heavy materials. Must be able to safely and comfortably lift and carry up to 40kg. Must be comfortable in confined spaces for short periods.

This position requires no previous brewing or brewery experience and will include complete and comprehensive training.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour
