Account Executive – Commercial Insurance

What the day will look like
- As part of an industry‑leading team, help deliver results for clients by providing innovative and effective solutions within the Major and Commercial Accounts group of Aon Risk Solutions.
- Work as an Account Executive with a primary focus on retaining existing client accounts.
- Develop new revenue by winning new accounts and creating new opportunities within existing accounts.
- Coordinate all Aon resources to bring “the best of Aon” to each client.
- Be responsible for delivering all aspects of the Aon Client Promise plan.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- DEC in a relevant field or equivalent years of work experience in a relevant industry.
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in commercial property and casualty insurance.
- AMF license in commercial insurance is required for this position.
- RIBO license will be considered a strong asset -French / English bilingualism required due to frequent interactions with clients, colleagues, or partners based in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and/or internationally.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrated exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office software.
