Our Part city store is currently looking for a Dispatcher to serve our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily store operations;
- Maintain and update driver dispatching systems;
- Optimize operations throughout the day and manage assignment changes;
- Communicate effectively with employees and customers;
- Follow up on issues, required adjustments, and report to the store manager;
- Resolve customer service–related issues in collaboration with the store manager;
- Perform any other related tasks as assigned.
Key Skills:
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Organized, autonomous, and responsible.
