About the role
Would you like to play a central role in an organization committed to its community? We are looking for a receptionist to support daily operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Open and close the site.
- Greet visitors, clients, and partners, and direct them to the correct service or department.
- Provide clear information about the services, products, or programs offered.
- Respond to requests in person, by phone, or by email in a professional manner.
- Address customer comments, complaints, or concerns, with follow-up if necessary.
- Forward suggestions and feedback to the relevant individuals.
- Perform any other related tasks as required.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in spoken and written French.
- Training in secretarial work or relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

- Ability to effectively manage priorities.
- Customer service-oriented.
Salary: $22 per hour. Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Status: Temporary
