Hiring Unit:
Athletics & Recreation - Intramural Sports
Position Summary:
Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, the Intramural Sports General Official will help run the on-going sports programs.
Duties include:
- Officiating intramural matches
- Game coordination and application of intramural and sports specific rules
- Assisting with player check-in and scorekeeping
- Assisting with equipment setup and takedown
- Maintaining a safe and inclusive playing environment
***Sports Offered: Basketball, Dodgeball, Flag Football, Indoor Cricket, Innertube Waterpolo, Roundnet (Spikeball), Soccer, Ultimate, Volleyball
Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities
- Strong knowledge of the selected sport is an asset.
- Ability to learn quickly and multitask.
- Well organized with attention to detail.
