Groupe Marcelle is currently looking for a Media Specialist for a permanent full-time position. Reporting to the Media Manager, the Media Specialist will support the execution and coordination of integrated marketing campaigns across our beauty brand portfolio.
This role sits at the centre of cross-functional execution, acting as a key liaison between internal teams (e-commerce, brand, creative, PR/influencer) and external agency partners. You’ll help ensure campaigns are aligned, well-coordinated, and delivered smoothly across both digital and offline channels.
While our agency leads media strategy, planning, buying, and optimization, this role focuses on internal coordination, campaign readiness, and performance visibility across teams. You will also take the lead smaller campaigns and promotional initiatives from a coordination and project management perspective.
This role does not involve hands-on media buying or campaign setup.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE
Campaign Coordination & Execution
- Support the Media Manager in coordinating campaign rollouts across internal teams and agency partners (timelines, inputs, approvals)
- Consolidate inputs from e-commerce, brand, creative, and PR/influencer teams into clear campaign briefs
- Ensure alignment of campaign requirements across stakeholders ahead of launch
- Take the lead on smaller campaigns (e.g., always-on, seasonal promotions, warehouse sales) by managing coordination, timelines, and cross-functional follow-ups with internal teams and agency partners
Campaign Asset & Delivery Management
- Ensure all required materials are delivered on time to support campaign launch readiness
- Follow up with relevant teams to ensure deadlines are met and dependencies are managed
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Support the Media Manager in consolidating and reviewing campaign performance shared by agency partners
- Translate performance data into clear summaries for internal stakeholders (e-commerce, brand, PR/influencer teams)
- Support weekly and monthly reporting by compiling key metrics (traffic, conversions, revenue, ROAS) and highlighting key trends
- Flag discrepancies, performance gaps, or areas requiring further investigation with the agency
- Assist in post-campaign analysis, focusing on key takeaways and learnings
Agency Coordination
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for agency partners (timelines, deliverables, follow-ups)
- Ensure briefs are complete, clear, and aligned before being shared with the agency
- Track ongoing requests and ensure timely delivery across stakeholders
- Review agency outputs and flag any misalignment with internal objectives
Process & Organization
- Maintain organized documentation (media plans, briefs, reports, trackers)
- Ensure all campaign materials are properly stored and accessible across teams
- Support process improvements to streamline cross-functional workflows
WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or media
- Experience working with data, particularly in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Exposer with paid media platforms (e.g., Meta, Google)
AND IF YOU ARE
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Passionate about beauty, e-commerce, and integrated marketing
- An effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
