Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage work schedules and ensure efficient coverage of operations
- Supervise and lead a small team of about 4 employees
- Oversee stock management, including orders and inventory tracking
- Ensure the smooth running of daily operations
- Maintain an organized, efficient work environment while adhering to established standards
- Perform any other related tasks as required by the position

Requirements:
- Proficiency in spoken and written French
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and sense of responsibility
- Reliability and professionalism
- Experience in team supervision (small team)
- Ability to manage work schedules and operational priorities
- Experience in management within food service, ready-to-eat, or food-related retail
- Comfortable with managing schedules and inventories
- Ability to lead a small team with leadership and professionalism
Salary: Between $22 and $25 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: Weekdays and weekends Status: Permanent, kitchen
