About Renovco
Renovco is a well-established leader in renovation, disaster restoration, and emergency response services throughout Quebec and Ontario. We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our accounting team in Montreal - on site only, no remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue customer invoices
- Monitor and maintain accounts receivable records
- Follow up on outstanding balances and overdue accounts
- Communicate with customers regarding payment inquiries
- Process customer payments and apply them accurately
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Assist with month-end reporting and account reconciliations
- Maintain organized accounting records and documentation
- Support the accounting department with administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable or bookkeeping experience
- Construction industry experience is considered an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and highly accurate
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
Required Skills
- Bilingual (English and French)
- Proficiency with QuickBooks
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Experience with accounting software and computerized accounting systems
Compensation & Benefits
- $25.00–$29.00 per hour, based on experience

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) coordonnateur(trice) des comptes clients pour se joindre à notre équipe de comptabilité à Montréal.
Principales responsabilités
- Préparer et émettre les factures aux clients
- Effectuer le suivi des comptes à recevoir
- Assurer les relances pour les comptes en souffrance
- Communiquer avec les clients concernant les paiements et les demandes de renseignements
- Enregistrer et appliquer les paiements reçus
- Réconcilier les comptes clients et résoudre les écarts
- Participer aux conciliations de fin de mois
- Maintenir un système de classement et de documentation organisé
- Fournir un soutien administratif au département de comptabilité au besoin
Qualifications
- Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en comptes à recevoir ou en comptabilité
- Expérience dans le domaine de la construction (un atout)
- Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément
- Bonnes habiletés de communication et de service à la clientèle
- Souci du détail et grande rigueur
- Autonomie et sens de l’initiative
Exigences
- Bilinguisme français et anglais
- Maîtrise de QuickBooks
- Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office, particulièrement Excel et Outlook
- Expérience avec des logiciels comptables
