About the role
We are currently seeking a 2-person Assistant Resident Manager Team to live and work at one of our properties located in Collingwood or Owen Sound. This position would require you to live on-site and work 4 weekdays each week, every second weekend and on-call evenings. What we offer to employees

Assistant Resident Managers play an important role in the successful operation of a residential rental building under our management.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairs, elevators)
- Minor maintenance repairs
- Preparing apartments for new residents
- Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents
- Assisting with leasing suites
- Responding to on-call requests
Requirements
- Cleaning experience
- Minor maintenance skills

- Ability to work some on-call evening and weekend shifts #RS
