Under the direction of the Principal, the Early Childhood Educator:

partners with the classroom teachers(s) to plan and implement a full day early learning program; collaborates in the design of high quality and effective play-based programs and environments; supports enhanced physical, cognitive, emotional and social development within the context of a Catholic learning environment, as part of the Early Learning program team.

Required Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge And Skills

an Early Childhood Education diploma or degree; registration with the Ontario College of Early Childhood Education; recent experience with kindergarten age children preferred; current First Aid and CPR certification.

In Addition, The Following Will Be Considered An Asset

minimum two years experience; bilingualism; experience working in a school setting.

Status: To be considered you must be available to work based on the start and end date of the term assignment.

Salary: Hourly wage between $25.03 to $26.79 plus 4% in lieu of vacation pay
