Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Client Care & Order Specialist to support daily operations at our Concord office. This role is central to customer communication, order processing, and coordination between internal teams. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide professional customer support via phone and email
- Answer all incoming calls and direct inquiries as needed
- Enter and track customer service order requests
- Schedule deliveries for access fobs and card orders
- Maintain accurate data entry, records, and spreadsheets
- Update site visit tracking spreadsheets
- Set up and manage new project files
- Dispatch service calls and support daily office operations
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve customer inquiries
- Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and communication
- Assist with customer issue resolution using empathy and problem-solving skills
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in customer service, order desk, or administrative support preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong data entry and record-keeping skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer-first approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in security, fire alarm, or construction-related industries is an asset
