工作職責**:**
- 運用傳統亞洲烹飪技巧準備及呈現所有食品，並嚴格遵守健康法規及餐廳標準
- 跟隨既定食譜，並在食品服務及製作上展現高度準確性
- 在快節奏及高客量環境中，以安全方式處理及衛生地操作食品
- 協助副廚（Sous Chef）進行食品準備及組織工作
- 接收客人點單並將未煮熟的食材交給廚師烹調
- 負責準備高級菜餚以及一般菜單項目的製作及烹調
- 擔任炒鑊廚師或砧板廚師，負責相關食品準備
- 使用高溫炒鑊烹調菜式（炒菜、炒飯、麵類、醬汁及特色菜）
- 高峰時段能迅速處理多張訂單而不影響品質
- 準備及切割食材，如牛肉、雞肉、蝦及帶子
- 訂購庫存，並監察食材的新鮮度、品質及數量
- 保持工作區清潔及安全
- 良好溝通能力，對他人展現尊重及體貼
- 作為團隊一員共同為業務成功而努力，工作細心且準確
- 能配合 24/7 輪班，包括週末及公眾假期
- 主管指派的其他工作
理想人選需具備：
- 高中畢業或同等學歷
- 精通廣東話及普通話（書寫及會話）；具英語會話能力
- 最少 7 年亞洲餐廳或快節奏亞洲廚房工作經驗
- 食品安全處理證書
- 良好刀工技巧
- 具備基本數學能力及出色的組織及多工處理能力
- 卓越的客戶服務技巧、創意及細心
- 能長時間站立或走動，並能處理一定程度的搬抬
- 能適應快節奏工作環境
