Role Description The Project Manager II is a full-time, on-site role based in Montreal, QC, responsible for overseeing signage projects from initiation through completion. Daily activities include planning project timelines, coordinating design, manufacturing, and installation tasks, and ensuring that materials, permits, and inspections are organized and completed on schedule. The role involves working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to clarify requirements, manage changes, and resolve issues to keep projects on track and within budget. The Project Manager II monitors quality standards, prepares progress reports, and ensures all work complies with safety and regulatory requirements. This position also supports continuous improvement in processes, communication, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in project coordination and project management, with the ability to manage multiple signage projects simultaneously. Experience as an expeditor, including expediting materials, services, and approvals to meet project milestones. Knowledge of logistics management, including scheduling deliveries, coordinating installations, and optimizing workflows. Familiarity with inspection processes, quality checks, and compliance with industry and safety standards. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients. Proficiency with project management tools and basic office software; experience in the signage, construction, or manufacturing industry is an asset. Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience in project management, operations, or a related field.
