Key Duties & Responsibilities: - Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. - Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly, communicating any special requests, allergies, or dietary needs to the kitchen. - Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring timely and correct delivery while maintaining a high level of service. - Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food and drink offerings, showcasing your knowledge and enthusiasm. - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including setting and clearing tables, and handling table maintenance throughout the shift. - Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience. - Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and a cohesive guest experience. - Assist with various tasks as needed, including running food, taking payments, and supporting other team members. Qualifications: - 1+ years of experience as a server in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or bar setting. - Strong understanding of food and beverage service, with the ability to handle a variety of guest interactions professionally. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing outstanding service. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and maintaining attention to detail.
