About the role
Office (Financial) Controller
Corporate Services · Montréal, QC · Full-Time, Permanent · 100% On-Site 🎯 Is This Opportunity Right for You? Before reading further, ask yourself three questions. Your honest answers will tell you whether this is the right fit. ① Do you take ownership of the numbers, not just the entries? The Office Controller isn't defined by a single ledger or a single close: you own SIA's accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls end-to-end, and you're the person leadership turns to for a clear, accurate read on the business. ② Are you comfortable bringing structure to a fast-moving, multi-company, multi-currency environment? Between our client engagements, R&D projects, and operations in Canada, the US, and the Caribbean, SIA's books are never static. You'll need to keep accounting operations tight and compliant while adapting to the pace of a boutique consultancy. ③ Can you balance daily accounting and back-office operations with financial guidance for leadership? The role calls for hands-on ownership of accounting, financial reporting, and office admin, while also coaching a small corporate services team (accounting, HR, and office admin) and advising management on budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. If you answered yes to all three, we want to hear from you! 🏢 About SIA Innovations SIA Innovations is a boutique digital transformation consultancy operating at the forefront of AI and hybrid cloud adoption.
