Position Summary... Working as a Stock Unloader Associate at Walmart Canada is an excellent opportunity to build hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced retail environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO Receiving and Unloading Merchandise Prepares and resets the Receiving Area and unloads general merchandise trailers, including completing live unloading of remaining merchandise. Handle and Move Merchandise Safely Maintains cold chain standards for refrigerated and frozen products and pulls pallets of merchandise to the sales floor for overnight processing. Stocking and Customer Support Assists with stocking the sales floor as assigned and provides customer service when needed to support a positive shopping experience. Overstock Organization Labels and places overstock merchandise in designated areas to support efficient inventory management. Maintain a Safe and Clean Work Environment Follows Company policies and procedures to maintain a safe, clean, and hazard free workplace, including completing safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure. Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule) - Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high-quality service. Physical Demands - Performs physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs. - Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
