Donnelly Collisionis looking for an experiencedEstimator/Repair Plannerto join our team!

Working closely with our technical team and insurance companies, to provide an exceptional guest experience is what it is all about! You will act as a liaison between our guests and our technical team, ensuring their vehicle is repaired in an accurate and timely manner.

The successful candidate will be someone who is a true customer service professional, someone who is genuinely passionate about building relationships with our guests and understands the importance to the guest and the insurance companies of restoring the vehicle to like new condition.

Job Duties:

• Produce accurate, complete and insurance compliant repair estimates and plans
• Clearly explain scope of repair, process and expected timelines to our guests
• Recommend any additional work required based on vehicle walk around with guest
• Maintain regular communication with guests, insurance companies, technicians and support team
• Accurately enter and maintain all information in our software programs
• Inspect vehicle before returning to guest

• Ability to work in a team setting and possesses strong interpersonal skills
• Empathy
• Excellent listening skills
• Ability to problem solve and high attention to detail
• Loves a fast pace environment with changing priorities
• Very good computer skills and understanding of technology
• Experience with Mitchell/Repair Centre and other collision programs
• Minimum of one year of appraiser/repair planning experience
