This position is part of a unionized bargaining unit. The hourly wage for this position starts at $16.60 and is established in accordance with the collective agreement. Depending on a candidate’s relevant knowledge, skills, education, and prior experience, a higher hourly wage may be offered. Any hourly wage offered for this role, whether starting or higher, will fall within the wage scale established for this position in accordance with the collective agreement.

**Availability:**DAY, EVENING, WEEKEND, Will have to start at 6 am for morning bake shifts, able to work in coolers and freezers

*Prior bakery experience and product knowledge is recommended *Customer service driven *Strong Communication Skills *Able to follow recipes *Able to stand for prolonged periods of time *Must be available to work flexible shifts which may include nights and weekends
