###Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-focusedLoader Operatorto support daily yard operations. This role is essential to maintaining efficient material flow and safe working conditions across the site. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, operating heavy equipment, and contributing to a well-organized yard environment.

The wage range for this position is $25.00-$28.00 depending on experience.

###Key Responsibilities:

• Transport scrap metal between designated piles using a loader.
• Pick up, move, and place materials using forks as required.
• Clear snow from yard areas to maintain safe and accessible workspaces.
• Support general material handling and yard organization.
• Conduct pre-operational equipment checks and report any maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times.

###Qualifications:

• 3-5 years experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment is required.
• Ability to safely and efficiently handle scrap metal and materials.
• Strong awareness of workplace safety and yard operations.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physically capable of performing manual tasks associated with yard work.
• Valid G-class driver’s license and reliable transportation.
